Swapping applicators or four wavelengths in one pulse?

With the Primelase, you choose the wavelength via the applicator: 755 nm for fine, light hair, 810 nm as an all-rounder, 1060 nm for darker skin and the blend applicator for a mix of three wavelengths. That is flexible, but in everyday use it also means you use the appropriate applicator depending on the client and zone. The DEWEON 4LD delivers all four wavelengths combined. 755 nm is strongly absorbed by melanin and also captures finer hair, 808 nm is the proven all-rounder, 940 nm and 1064 nm penetrate deeper and reach deep-seated follicles. Power, spot and cooling in everyday salon use

Both manufacturers focus on high power. The Primelase is rated at 4,800 W, the DEWEON 4LD at 6,000 W at the handpiece. What matters in practice is the interplay of power, spot size and frequency: with the largest spot of 15 × 40 mm and up to 30 Hz you work through legs and back quickly, and with 15 × 15 mm precisely on the upper lip and underarms. For the spot sizes of the Primelase Excellence, the manufacturer states five sizes but no dimensions; so request the data directly from the supplier before making a comparison.
