Shipping methods

We deliver our products to you quickly, safely and reliably. Depending on the size and weight of your order, shipping is carried out either by freight forwarding or as a parcel shipment with DHL or Hermes.

  • Freight forwarding:
    Our larger devices, such as laser systems or medical equipment, are shipped exclusively via freight forwarding. Delivery is made to the curbside. The buyer is responsible for transport into the building. On request, additional services (e.g. installation or carrying the device inside) can be booked for an extra charge.

  • Parcel shipping (DHL / Hermes):
    Smaller items, accessories or skincare products are shipped as insured parcels with DHL or Hermes directly to your home or to the address of your choice.

Shipping costs

✅ Shipping within Germany is generally free of charge!
Whether you order a large device via freight forwarding or smaller items as parcel shipments – in most cases we cover the shipping costs for you.

  • For special services with freight forwarding (e.g. carrying the device into the building or installation), additional costs may apply on request.

  • If deviating shipping costs apply (e.g. for deliveries abroad or to German islands), we will inform you transparently and individually in advance.

Delivery times

  • Parcel shipping (DHL / Hermes):
    The delivery time is usually 2–5 business days from receipt of payment.

  • Freight forwarding:
    Depending on the product and availability, the delivery time is between 28–60 business days. We will contact you to coordinate the exact delivery date.

Important information on freight forwarding

  • Delivery by freight forwarding takes place on business days between 8 am and 4 pm.

  • Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the agreed time.

  • If a second delivery attempt is necessary, additional costs may apply.

  • Before delivery you will receive a notification to coordinate the delivery date.

International shipping

We currently offer standard shipping of our products within Germany free of charge.
For deliveries abroad, please contact us in advance – we will be happy to provide you with an individual quote.
