The DEWEON 4LD is a medical-grade, high-power 4-wavelength diode laser for beauty studios, medical practices and clinics that want to offer their clients fast, low-pain and safe permanent hair removal. Technology and Mode of Action

The diode laser works on the principle of selective photothermolysis: the laser light is absorbed by the melanin in the hair, converted into heat and conducted down to the hair root. There, the heat damages the structures responsible for hair growth while the surrounding skin is spared.

The DEWEON 4LD combines four wavelengths with different strengths: 755 nm is absorbed particularly strongly by melanin and also captures finer hair, 808 nm is the proven all-rounder of diode laser hair removal, and 940 nm and 1064 nm penetrate deeper and reach deep-seated follicles. This way, a single pulse covers different depths.

To keep the treatment comfortable despite 6000 W, the adjustable ice-sapphire cooling of the latest generation (ICE PLUS, down to –50 °C) cools the skin surface – noticeably less painful than diode lasers with older ice technology. The SR-Technology uses a red-light diode whose light gently stimulates the skin and thus supports skin rejuvenation.

For almost all skin types – except very dark skin. It is especially effective on dark, coarse hair. For very dark skin types we recommend the AlexDUAL UFO with Nd:YAG 1064 nm.
