Cryogen spray or compressor cooling?

Clarity II and GentleMax Pro cool the skin with cryogen spray before each pulse: effective, but with ongoing costs for cartridges and consumption per shot. The AlexDUAL UFO cools through a compressor cooling system developed in Germany, directly inside the device, with no cartridges and no external cooling unit. In addition there is the square spot up to 40 mm, which covers large areas such as the back or legs without overlap gaps, and the SIA AI, which detects skin type and hair and suggests the parameters.
