Alexandrite laser (755 nm)
Ideal for lighter skin types (Fitzpatrick I–IV) and dark blonde to dark hair.
The special wavelength precisely targets the melanin in your hair follicles and enables fast, reliable results – even on finer, dark hair.
The laser is suitable for both smaller and larger skin areas and offers you an efficient, low-pain treatment. -
Nd:YAG laser (1064 nm)
Penetrates deeper into your skin and is especially safe and effective for darker to very dark skin types (Fitzpatrick V-VI).
This wavelength reaches your hair follicles without stressing the surrounding skin tissue, allowing you to achieve safe treatment results for these skin types.
Who is the dual alexandrite laser suitable for?
Our dual alexandrite laser is ideal for all skin types (I–VI) – thanks to the combination of 755 nm (for light skin) and 1064 nm Nd:YAG (for dark skin). It's particularly effective for light hair, fine hair textures, and superficial pigmentation disorders.
Can blonde or fine hair also be removed?
Yes! Due to the high light absorption at 755 nm, the laser is also ideal for blonde, reddish, or very fine hair – a clear advantage over conventional diode or IPL systems. Most conventional lasers are based on the principle of selective photothermolysis, which targets the melanin in the hair. But this is precisely the problem: Light, red, or gray hair contains little to no melanin – traditional lasers reach their limits.
What is the advantage over IPL or simple lasers?
The dual wavelength technology allows for individual adaptation to skin and hair type, increases treatment safety and achieves faster, more effective results – even with difficult skin and hair combinations.
