The VELASLIFT is a compact multi-wavelength diode laser for minimally invasive laser lipolysis. Four wavelengths – 450 nm, 635 nm, 980 nm and 1470 nm – combine collagen stimulation, tissue repair, fat dissolution and skin contraction in a single system. The VELASLIFT thus covers the entire laser lipolysis workflow: from local fat reduction to tightening the skin above it.

The goal of every treatment: minimal bruising, quick recovery and natural body shaping. With 57 W of power in a console of only around 12 kg, the VELASLIFT delivers a power density otherwise reserved for floor-standing units – and can be moved easily between treatment rooms or locations.

Treatment is performed under local anesthesia or tumescent anesthesia. Four wavelengths, many treatment fields and several body zones with one device mean more revenue per device and a faster return on investment for your practice or clinic.

Technology and mode of action

In laser lipolysis, a fine laser fiber is introduced directly into the subcutaneous fatty tissue through a minimal access point. Each of the four wavelengths takes on its own role:

• 450 nm (blue): high absorption in hemoglobin and melanin, superficial effect – stimulates collagen
• 635 nm (red): photobiomodulation – stimulates cell regeneration and wound healing, anti-inflammatory effect
• 980 nm: absorption in hemoglobin and water – fat dissolution and tissue coagulation
• 1470 nm: high water absorption – precise tissue effect with minimal thermal spread, promotes skin contraction

The combination of fat dissolution and simultaneous heat effect on the connective tissue allows the skin to contract after fat reduction. Radial and flat fibers in flexible lengths as well as continuous and pulsed mode let you adapt the treatment exactly to the zone and tissue. Power, duration and wavelength are controlled clearly via touchscreen.

Because the VELASLIFT needs little floor space and is easy to move, it is ideal for practices with several treatment rooms, clinics with multiple locations and mobile users. Integrated cooling, emergency stop and continuous monitoring of fiber integrity ensure a high level of safety in daily practice.
