EUPHEUS V works with fractional multipolar radiofrequency (1–10 MHz, 10–120 J). Fine microneedles create controlled micro-injuries while releasing heat directly in the dermis. This combination activates the body's own regeneration: new collagen and elastin are formed, the tissue tightens, and scars and wrinkles are visibly reduced depending on the starting condition.

Why vacuum? With classic RF microneedling the needles have to work against skin resistance – this is uncomfortable and leads to uneven depth. The vacuum of EUPHEUS V draws the skin onto the needle plate, the needles penetrate with less force, and the energy is placed precisely.
