Technology and Mode of Action

Focused ultrasound concentrates energy at a precise, defined depth beneath the skin – much like a magnifying glass focuses sunlight. In the chosen layer, tiny thermal coagulation points form while the skin surface remains intact. The body responds by forming new collagen: the tissue contracts and tightens – for a natural lifting effect.

MFU places these coagulation points linearly and precisely in the dermis and SMAS – the foundation for a firm, lifted appearance. SD technology delivers energy point-by-point and over larger areas at the individually set depth – ideal for sensitive zones such as the eye area and for large areas with high comfort.
