Technology and Mode of Action

With HIFU, ultrasound energy is focused precisely at a defined depth – much like sunlight through a magnifying glass. There it creates controlled thermal coagulation points (approx. 65–70 °C) in the dermis and in the SMAS layer, the muscle-fascia layer that surgeons also target in a facelift. The skin surface remains unharmed.

The tissue contracts, and the targeted heat stimulates the body's own collagen and elastin production. The result is a natural lifting and tightening effect that continues to develop over the following weeks and, depending on the starting situation, can last for an extended period.

With six frequencies (2 · 3 · 4 · 7 · 10 · 12 MHz), up to 4.0 J of energy and cartridges from 1.5 mm (optional) to 20 mm, the DERMALIFT reaches the dermis, the SMAS and, on the body, the subcutaneous tissue. Ultra-Pulse technology and quick cartridge changes ensure a smooth treatment workflow.
