Frequently asked questions
How much does a SIACSKIN laser device cost?
Depending on the model and configuration, the devices cost between approx. €13,000 (PICOLO S) and approx. €119,000 (AlexDUAL UFO) net. Financed, that means from approx. €130/month, or from approx. €470/month for the DEWEON 4LD diode laser, over a 60-month term. You will receive an individual quote with a financing proposal.
How does the financing work?
We provide financing ourselves through our house bank: purchase, financing, leasing or hire purchase, on request with no down payment. You send us your enquiry, we check the terms and get back to you within 24 hours with a proposal – without a detour via third-party providers.
Can I get a device financed as a new business founder?
Yes. With us, financing, leasing and hire purchase are also possible for new businesses and young companies. Simply state “new business / in formation” in the form – we will advise you on term, instalment and start-up terms.
Which devices am I allowed to operate in my beauty studio under the NiSV regulation?
Laser hair removal, LED epilation, RF microneedling, BBL and non-ablative fractional lasers may be used in studios with NiSV certification. Tattoo removal and ablative lasers (e.g. CO2) are reserved for physicians. We offer NiSV certification at a reduced rate for many devices through our own academy.
What warranty and service do you offer?
All our devices come with a 2‑year manufacturer’s warranty. Service, maintenance, spare parts and consumables come directly from the manufacturer in Düsseldorf. On-site training upon delivery and user training via the SIAC Academy are included.
How fast can you deliver?
We generally deliver in-stock devices within a few days of the order and financing approval; individually configured devices depending on the specification. We will agree the exact date with you personally.
